Independent Contractor Agreement & Consent to Background Check W9 Form (We must have this form on file in order to be able to pay)

WHAT CAN I OFFICIATE?

Interested in becoming an official but not sure which sport you can be involved with? Most of our sports require an official to be at least 18 years or older, however some sports allow officials as young as 16. Check your sport below to see if you qualify.
