Field Rentals

  • Field Rentals are subject to availability and need to be made 7 days prior to the rental.
  • Tournament Field Rentals need to be three (3) weeks in advance.

City of Hereford Complex Rules

  • EVENTS HELD AT THIS VENUE ARE INTENDED TO PROVIDE WHOLESOME, SAFE, AND FUN ACTIVITIES FOR ALL INVOLVED.
  • ALCOHOL IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. PRESENCE OF ALCOHOL ON THE PROPERTY IS GROUNDS FOR IMMEDIATE SHUT-DOWN OF THE SCHEDULED EVENT. THIS INCLUDES ALL PARKING LOTS ADJACENT TO THE COMPLEX.
  • TOBACCO PRODUCTS OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING VAPING, IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN AND AROUND THE COMPLEX. THIS INCLUDES ALL PARKING LOTS ADJACENT TO THE COMPLEX.
  • FIREARMS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED EXCEPT AS AUTHORIZED BY LAW.
  • ABSOLUTELY NO SUNFLOWER SEEDS, PUMPKIN SEEDS, OR GUM SHALL BE SOLD IN THE CONCESSION STANDS. SUNFLOWER SEEDS AND PUMPKIN SEEDS ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE BALLPARK.
  • GUM IS NOT ALLOWED ON THE TURF FIELDS.
  • SIDEWALK CHALK, CONFETTI EGGS, SILLY STRING, PINATAS, GLASS CONTAINERS, AND WATER BALLOONS ARE PROHIBITED INSIDE THE COMPLEX AND ALL PARKING LOTS ADJACENT TO THE COMPLEX.
  • NO STEEL CLEATS.
  • NO ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED IN THE BALLPARK EXCEPT LICENSED SERVICE ANIMALS.
  • VEHICLES CANNOT BE DRIVEN OVER OR ACROSS THE CURBS, SIDEWALKS, GRASS, OR LAWN WITHIN THE PARK.
  • GOLFING, ARCHERY, REMOTE CONTROL VEHICLES, INCLUDING PLANES AND DRONES, AND HORSEBACK RIDING ARE PROHIBITED.
  • WATER ACCESS IS LIMITED TO THE RESTROOMS, SINKS, WATER FOUNTAINS, AND CONCESSION AREA.
  • USE OF THE FIELDS MUST BE RESERVED THROUGH THE HEREFORD SPORTS & WELLNESS OFFICE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • THE CITY OF HEREFORD AND/OR HEREFORD SPORTS & WELLNESS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO POSTPONE OR CANCEL ANY EVENT DUE TO:
•INCLEMENT WEATHER CONDITIONS •UNLAWFUL OR UNSAFE ACTIVITY •DAMAGE TO PROPERTY. •ALL OTHER MATTERS DEEMED ADVERSE TO MAINTAINING A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR ALL INVOLVED.

John Bunch Complex

Established in 2025, the John Bunch Complex boasts 4 300’ fixed fence fields with movable fencing to accommodate various ages and leagues. The complex is handicap accessible and designed for the whole family to enjoy a ballgame together. John Bunch Complex was made possible through the generous support of the City of Hereford, Hereford Economic Development Corporation, Hereford hotel/motel tax revenue, and Kevin and Mayor Cathy Bunch. The Complex is proudly managed and operated by Hereford Sports and Wellness.

Food & Drink

  • Concessions: Joy Bunch Concessions offers a variety of food, snacks, drinks and sweets.
  • Outside food and drinks are allowed for regular league play.
  • NO alcohol, seeds of any kind, tobacco, vapes, gum (on field)

Complex/Field

  • Field Size - all four fields have fixed fences at 300”. All are equipped with Sport-A-Fence to accommodate league requirements
  • Home/visitor dugouts
  • Lights
  • No batting cages
  • 2 7v7 fields (45 x 65 yards)
  • 6 3v3/4v4 fields (25 x 35 yards)
