Spring Season:

- Game Days: Monday & Friday
Fall Season:
- Registration begins: June
- Games Played: September - October
- Game Days: Saturdays
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
- Official Hereford Sports & Wellness T-Shirt (required to participate in any youth flag football game)
- Year-end medal
- Eight league games
- Paid officials
Players may not register to play up or down a grade level
Teams are formed by the Hereford Sports & Wellness Staff
